        1. Should you wish to lodge a complaint with Aspirata Auditing Testing and Certification, please send an email to certification@assurecloud.co.za, for attention: Certification Manager.
        2. Please include your name/surname, company name, contact details, date of incident as well as a detailed description of the complaint in your communication.
        3. Aspirata Auditing Testing and Certification will acknowledge the complaint within 24 business hours and thereafter conduct an investigation. We will provide feedback of the corrective action taken within 7 business days.
        4. Complaints Handling Process Process for Handling Complaints
        Appeals
        1. Should you wish to lodge an appeal against the outcome of your audit, please submit the dispute form within 5 business days from receipt of audit report to the Certification Manager at certification@assurecloud.co.za. No late submissions will be attended to.
        2. Aspirata Auditing Testing and Certification will acknowledge the appeal within 24 business hours and thereafter conduct an investigation. We will provide feedback on the outcome of the appeal and corrective action taken within 7 business days.
