Overview

Our certification business trades under the Aspirata Auditing Testing and Certification (PTY) LTD (Legal entity). Certification of an organisation’s management system confirms that the company has documented and implemented a management system that complies to specific national and international systems requirements. We will provide you with an independent assessment of the relevant system. Certification serves as a testimony to the effectiveness and validity of the applicable system, and the company’s commitment to professionalism, quality, safety and good governance.

    Food Industry Certification

    Aspirata Auditing Testing and Certification assesses clients within food-related and other industries, and their conformance with an elected management system for the purpose of certification in accordance with ISO/IEC 17021:1-2015 and ISO/IEC 17065:2012.

    Complaints
    1. Should you wish to lodge a complaint with Aspirata Auditing Testing and Certification, please send an email to quality@assurecloud.co.za, for attention: Quality Manager.
    2. Please include your name/surname, company name, contact details, date of incident as well as a detailed description of the complaint in your communication.
    3. Aspirata Auditing Testing and Certification will acknowledge the complaint within 24 business hours and thereafter conduct an investigation. We will provide feedback of the corrective action taken within 7 business days.
    4. Complaints Handling ProcessProcess for Handling Complaints
    Appeals
    1. Should you wish to lodge an appeal against the outcome of your audit, please submit the dispute form within 5 business days from receipt of audit report to the Certification Manager at certification@assurecloud.co.za. No late submissions will be attended to.
    2. Aspirata Auditing Testing and Certification will acknowledge the appeal within 24 business hours and thereafter conduct an investigation. We will provide feedback on the outcome of the appeal and corrective action taken within 7 business days.
