ISO 22000:2018 / FSSC 22000 v6 Transition

This course provides organisations with the knowledge and understanding to incorporate the changes from FSSC 22000 V5.1 to FSSC 22000 V6 into their Food Safety Management Systems.

Audits against the FSSC 2200 V5.1 are only allowed to be delivered up to 31 March 2024.

Upgrade audits against FSSC V6 shall be conducted from 01 April 2024 until 31 March 2025.

To achieve a successful transition, it is important for organisations to have a sound understanding of the amendments as well as practical ways to meet them.

Course outline

To explain the changes from V5.1 to V6.
To discuss the changes organisations can affect to their existing FSMSs to effectively meet the new and/or modified changes within
the Scheme.
To explain the transition requirements.

An examination will be completed at the end of the course.

Prior to attending this course, delegates are expected to have prior knowledge of FSSC 22000 V5.1 as the purpose of this course is only to discuss the transition to FSSC 22000 V6 and not all the requirements of the Scheme.
